Case study 01
Majstor Bele Tehnike — Beograd
From a brand new Google profile to a serious source of new business
When we started working with the Majstor Bele Tehnike service, we didn't inherit a profile with hundreds of reviews, a developed website, or an existing Google position that just needed a little improvement. We started practically from scratch.
The first step was properly setting up and verifying the Google Business Profile. The profile was verified using the method Google offered at the time, and then we carefully set the category, services, service areas, description, and other elements that help Google understand:
- what the business does
- where it provides the service
- which searches it's relevant for
- and which users it should be shown to
Google must first understand your business before it can trust it.
Month 1 — a few calls and the start of building trust
The first month didn't bring any overnight miracle. Only a few calls came in. And that's something important to understand. A new Google Business Profile has no history, not many reviews, not enough content, and no established level of trust that competitors who've been on Google for years have. So we continued building the profile gradually. We started collecting authentic reviews from real customers and regularly adding content.

Month 2 — Google starts taking the business more seriously
During the second month we continued optimizing the profile, adding photos of real completed jobs, and collecting new reviews from satisfied customers. The number of inquiries started growing. From a few calls during the first month, we reached a point where new calls came in roughly every few days. Google now had significantly more signals that Majstor Bele Tehnike was a real, active, and relevant service for users in Belgrade.

Month 3 — the Google profile gets the support of a website
In the third month we also built a website. But the goal wasn't to make just another pretty business presentation. We built the website to be aligned with the Google Business Profile. We made sure the data, services, location, content, and the way the business is presented all matched. Google could now much more easily connect the Google Business Profile, website, services, location, reviews, and locally relevant content. The result was significantly faster growth in organic and local visibility. After a little over three months of work, Majstor Bele Tehnike started occupying leading positions for important local searches in Belgrade.
GBP+WEBSITE+REVIEWS+LOCAL CONTENT
= GREATER GOOGLE RELEVANCE
Ranking on Google alone doesn't pay the bills.
The result has to turn into real business.
The goal was never just for the client to say: "We're first on Google." The goal was for Google to become one of the main channels through which new customers find the service and book a repair. By following recommendations, continuing to collect reviews, and properly managing the Google presence, the business kept growing. According to information the client shared with us, Majstor Bele Tehnike today generates approximately:
5.000–6.000 €
monthly revenue
And the next question is no longer: "How do we get the first call from Google?" The next question is: "How do we increase capacity so we can take on more work?" The service is now planning to expand the team and add another service vehicle to handle the growing number of requests.
